ZillowVERIFIED Hayle Cagle was our buying agent. We discovered her when looking at one of her listings, but chose her to help us keep looking in a town for which we were very unfamiliar. Best decision ever - she was amazing. We couldn't be happier with our experience. When we had short time frames on weekends to drive in from out of town and do a few marathons of home viewings, she absolutely met that challenge with us, above and beyond - took our requested listings, quickly made arrangements with sellers to view, and lined them up in efficient order so we could see all we wished to see across a variety of neighborhoods. She was very prompt with communications and in the forms we preferred at any given moment - whether email, text, or calls. Her generosity in sending us updates as we worked through the negotiation process for the house we bought (and love!) helped ease much of the usual stress of home buying. She was kind and supportive, impeccably professional, and helped us (despite difficulties with our seller) to secure a truly fair deal on our home. Due to the very rapid transition to a new position, requiring relocating, we were not afforded that luxury. I must say, that I have never been so pleased with taking a gamble. Hayli and her team were absolutely wonderful to work with! I dont want to sound clichA(C) but she really did go above and beyond. She was great at communicating every step of the process during negotiations , as well as organizing all of the showings we were interested in, even with such short notice that was necessary on our part. She was always excellent at using our requested modes of communication, which made the process all the more convenient with my busy work schedule. She always made us feel like we were her only customers, although I know how busy she really was. With not being from the town, we were not aware of reliable companies, she was able to make recommendations that were spot on, from repair contractors, to mortgage brokers. Even after shopping for the best mortgage rates with numerous banks, the mortgage broker that she recommended was the best (who was also excellent to work with). I really cannot speak highly enough about how impressed I was with this home purchase experience.
