ZillowVERIFIEDIf I could give 10 stars to Hayley Dowsing-Connolly, I would ! I have known Hayley for over 20 years, since before she decided on a career in real estate. Boy, has she made a career in real estate ! She has learned the business thoroughly and brings honesty and integrity to her customers. She knows her market and the applicable laws that go with it. When my wife and I decided to sell our house in San Jose, we turned to Hayley because we know her and we trust her. We had procrastinated on this decision to sell, and when the feds started to increase interest rates we thought we had missed the boat. We gave Hayley the "go-ahead" and she was off and running. She communicated constantly and gave clear instructions on what we need to do and by when. She appraised our property and let us know what needed to be done to get the house in the best shape to put it on the market. We followed her advise and got the home ready. From Electrics to plumbing to painting and yard work and inspections, etc. Hayley had her team at her fingertips and any work and inspections needed were planned out and executed exactly when she said they would. We felt confident that the new owners would be happy that everything was in great shape. The furniture was all gone so she offered a service to "stage" furniture to add to the appeal of the home. It looked great ! She guided us on it's value and asking price and arranged for an "open-house". We got offers immediately and the awesome communication continued. Together we chose the best candidates to buy the home that had been in our family since it was built in 1977. Hayley told us when it was scheduled to close and it did, right on the day ! I cannot express enough my wife's and my gratitude to Hayley. You can rest assured you are in good, honest hands, and you will be coached and guided along what can be a very stressful time. She ENJOYS her job and loves people. We are going out of California and very disappointed that Hayley can't represent us in another state. She is a true professional so please don't hesitate to work with her. You will not be disappointed.
