Round one: she assisted me in finding the perfect house and was readily available for multiple tours, inspections, etc. Round two: she listed and had my house under contract (far above asking) within days, her photographer was excellent, and the process was as smooth as could be expected. She made the house buying/selling process easy and her resources are invaluable.
