We closed on our property just recently and still can't believe how seamless it was. First off he does an excellent job by emphasizing a heavy focus on our criteria that included budget, desired neighborhood, style of home and more. Hayden helped us view as many properties as we wanted to see and highly accommodating towards fitting our schedule. He helped us through about 10 or so viewings before we found the one to place an offer. I know he would've gladly shown us more had we needed. On that note when it comes to house viewings. Hayden doesn't miss anything, I gained quite a bit of knowledge when it comes to visuals to look for.
