Since we were located in another state, it was important to have someone knowledgeable about the area and that we could trust to have our best interests in mind. Hayden was the perfect realtor to work with! He listened to what we wanted, was extremely knowledgeable about the area and gave us valuable advice on different areas, occasionally telling us he didn't think it was a fit for us. We sent him listings we were interested in and he went to several of them, sending us photos or face timing us, providing personal feedback on the property. We also made several trips into town and he took us to see different properties. We finally made an offer on a piece of property and it was accepted. The very next day, we received a new listing with an existing house and knew it was the perfect place. We called Hayden immediately and made a full price offer, but so did a couple other people! Not only did Hayden get us out of the other offer, he negotiated a counteroffer on the place we wanted. 4 weeks later it was ours and Hayden advised us every step of the way ensuring everything went smoothly. Working with Hayden was a a wonderful experience from start to finish. He is knowledgeable and engaging, making the process less stressful and more enjoyable. We would, without reservation, recommend him to anyone looking to move to this part of Tennessee.
