She would already have the information about the property or ask the buying agent to get the information in question. Hattie linked me up with a lender that made the whole loan process smooth also. I told her how soon I wanted to move and she did her best to find me what I needed by the deadline and close within that time. She has an amazing personality and so easy to work with. Before we were able to purchase our house it went into a pending sale which fell through so when it was available again for purchase Hattie had been in contact with the selling agent that she had clients (my husband & I) who were very interested in the house so no other potential buyers would purchase it out from under us.

Review Hattie was really wonderful to work with. I didnt feel rushed during the process, which I have often heard is an issue from friends/family. There was no pressure for me to purchase a home that I wasnt completely happy with just to make a sale. Hattie is very knowledgeable, and she even pointed out structural issues with some of the homes we looked at that my father didnt notice. She also would forewarn me if something seemed too good to be true, for example a house that seemed perfect from the photos online, but had been on the market for an extremely long time, etc. She provided me a great referral to the mortgage company I also decide to work with and I got the best rates with them by far! Shes a very kind-hearted person, and if we disagreed on something, she handled it with respect and dignity instead of being pushy or trying to influence me to make decisions I did not want to make. Overall, I had a great experience working with her and I have recommended her to several friends who are thinking of moving in the near future.

The house burned in 2017 and I had depression, financial, etc. problems n in 2018 decided I couldnt do anything myself. And last year already a friend had contacted me & told me to call Hattie Terkowski, but I didnt. When I finally realized I had to do something & get help and get my house sold, I called Hattie. She came to the house quite a few times & her husband too & then her family too and helped me out. The next day after the sale sign was up, she was busy already with calls to buy it. We talked & decided and made the sale. Then that buyer had a problem with residential/commercial land which had been discussed. So then he didnt take it, her & I met again, and decided on the next buyer. With in a day it was sold and all went through. I appreciate Hatties expert help and couldnt have got through it without her expertise. Thank God for her and her understanding family too. Review Hattie Terkowski is a truly remarkable Real Estate Agent. From the moment I met with her to assess my home she appeared organized and very well put together. Throughout the process she proved that appearances are exactly what they seem and she was never rude or pushy. Hattie was informative and honest, she laid out a plan and I knew exactly what to expect from listing my house and from her services to help me buy. She was honest and forthcoming and based on the circumstances of the sale of my house I needed her honesty, I needed someone that would be truthful and realistic with me. I was selling my house and my boyfriend was selling his so that we could combine homes. We tasked Hattie with the sale of 2 homes and the purchase of another and we needed it to all come together on the same day. Hattie was honest and let us know that this is highly unlikely, A LOT would need to come together for this to happen. But Hattie worked, she worked to sell our homes, she worked to help us find a home. We searched and searched, we got excited, we celebrated (too early at times), we even lost hope and we cried a few times. She traveled through all of these emotions with us, but she worked for us and with us. We sold both homes!!! We purchased our home!!!! AND she managed to arrange all three settlements to take place ON THE SAME DAY!!!!! This doesnt happen, this never happens, but she made sure it did. The entire time she was respectful, helpful, informative, and if she didnt have answers then she would get them. She fought for us and with us and I could not have been luckier to find a realtor like her. I walked away from this with a beautiful new home and a truly amazing friend. Thank you Hattie, as rough as this was at times I could not have asked for anyone better to experience this with!
