Sold my home in Laurel MD and bought a new one in Elkridge MD all within 1 month. Yalonda was also driving from northern Virginia to help with this entire process. Wouldnt recommend anyone else.

Mr. Greg Harvin helped my husband and I find a lovely house to rent for our little family! He was flexible with the days to meet on my days off, organized the itinerary to make showing tours easy, and was understanding of our needs/wants in regards to budget, our cats, and our aEURoewish listaEUR?. He was honest with us and listened to our opinions. He also took us to showings of places I had found on my own as well as places he had found through his searches. Mr. Harvin was patient when things seemed to go off the market faster than we could act on, and never made us feel rushed! He was easy to talk to and tried so hard to get a smile and wave from our super shy 2 year old! I am very happy with his service! Even after we signed the lease, he followed up to make sure we had a checklist of things to do for a smooth transition from our old home to our new place! The process was easier and less stressful with him. Thank you!

Greg provided great guidance on, what to expect and how to prepare, when it comes to searching for the right rental home. I hadn't used a realtor before and wasn't sure of what to expect. My previous Landlords, of 9 years had to place their place on the market and I needed a new home, as soon as possible. (No pressure.) Greg and Yalonda, provided exceptional knowledge about the housing market;for when the times come, for me to purchase a home. Greg also worked, patiently with me, to find a new rental home quickly and efficiently. His willingness, to be flexible around timelines, needs and price range, ensured that I was in, the perfect home, in less than 3 weeks. Really enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend, Greg as a great realtor to find the perfect safe haven! Thanks again!
