ZillowVERIFIEDEducates you on the process My husband and I decided to interview 3 different realtors, the last being Harvey. Our existing home was a special case. It was manufactured. When this was mentioned to the first 2 realtors we immediately heard the change in their voices. They both sounded disinterested and then referred us to "the person that handles those types of deals". The conversations lasted less than 5 minutes. It was a completely different experience when we began to speak to Harvey. Once he received the "manufactured" news, he began to educate us on what to expect from buyers and lenders when selling a manufactured home and how to prepare to meet their expectations. My husband I agreed to partner with Harvey for both our sell and purchase. Strong network The network of people Harvey works with is amazing. They were on top of it all. Contractors for repair work, loan officers, title clerks, credit processors, etc. During the sale of our existing home, we were constantly waiting on the buyer's side. During the purchase of our new home, we were constantly waiting on the seller's side. Never once were we waiting on anything from Harvey's team. I continually was thankful we had chosen Harvey after observing what we could have been dealing with had we chosen someone with less experience or part of some franchise. Communicates and Accommodating My husband and I work opposite shifts and have different 'form of communication' preferences. He enjoys phone conversations and I prefer emails and texts. Harvey accommodated both. Many times he would have to repeat the same information because, being the anxious people we are, we would touch base with Harvey before we contacted each other. This was greatly appreciated. Would Recommend The home we were selling was in contract within 8 days of it being listed. In less than 2 months, we closed on the sale of our old home and closed on the purchase of our new home.
