First-time home buyer here! Jasilyn was referred to me by a trusted friend I was hesitant at first initially doubting if NOW was the right time and if I had prepared enough to truly begin my house hunting in earnest. but straight away from our initial interview, Jasilyn's personability was refreshing and assuring. I started my house-hunting journey in March of 2023 with a very specific goal/ property in mind and with FHA we had very specific requirements. I can honestly say we skimmed and filtered out over a hundred properties and reached out and made contact with several dozen. again many times I just considered settling or quitting the process altogether.
