We had a great experience working with Harrison. He helped us sell our house quickly and for much more than we expected, and also buy our new home. Harrison has always made himself available to answer our questions, keep us informed, and guide us through the process. Even when we faced some challenges, he remained supportive, patient, and helped us navigate everything smoothly. We are grateful for his hard work and would highly recommend Harrison to anyone!!!

We had an incredible experience working with Harrison. From start to finish it was a smooth and stress free process. He was professional, knowledgeable, and communicative. Any questions or concerns we may have had were always answered and met. We couldn't have asked for a better experience as first time home buyers. We will absolutely be recommending him to others in the future.

Harrison went over and above working with me. He communicated often and was pro-active, heading off problems before they materialized. He was always available by phone or text, and every step of the way he made sure that we were on track for closing. He had good advice and made sure that we understood where we were in the process, which, as we all know, is a roller coaster ride at best. Besides all that, I like him. He was a pleasure to work with, and I will certainly use him again!

Harrison did a great job communicating the appropriate actions to us as first time home buyers and maintained a professional reproach in all aspects of the consultative sales process. Our best interests remained in his mind even when we waivered. Harrison was capable of understanding our motivators and needs to match features and benefits of properties in the area. I would proudly serve in a fox hole with this gentleman.

Working with Harrison was honestly such a great experience. As a first-time homebuyer, I was equal parts excited and overwhelmed, but he made the whole process feel way less intimidating. From day one, he was super responsive, totally transparent, and just easy to talk toaEUR"which made a huge difference. He never made me feel rushed or pressured, and he was always down to explain things (sometimes more than once) in a way that actually made sense. Harrison had my back the entire time, and I could tell he genuinely cared about helping me find the right placeaEUR"not just closing a deal. Also, shoutout to his organization skillsaEUR"everything was on time, well-communicated, and justaEUR|handled. If you want someone whos sharp, trustworthy, and just really gets it, I cant recommend Harrison enough. 10/10 would work with him again.

Working with Harrison was an absolute pleasure. From start to finish, he made the entire real estate transaction feel easy and stress-free. He was incredibly clear and transparent every step of the way, always taking the time to explain the process and answer any questions I had. Harrisons communication was top-notchaEUR"quick, professional, and always helpful. What was most refreshing, was how smoothly everything went under his guidance. Working with Harrison Coblentz was such a refreshing experience. From the very beginning, he brought a sense of clarity and confidence to the process that immediately put me at ease. Real estate transactions can feel overwhelming, but Harrison has a way of breaking everything down in a way thats both professional and easy to understand. What stood out most was how empowered he made me feel throughout the entire journey. He kept communication clear and consistent, always made time for my questions, and ensured I felt informed and in control every step of the way. At the same time, his calm and approachable demeanor made everything feel comfortable and stress-free. If youre looking for an agent who truly knows the market, advocates for your needs, and brings both professionalism and peace of mind to the table Harrison is the one. I couldnt recommend him more highly!
