We would like to express our sincere appreciation to Poljan Properties in Brooklyn, NY for the referral to Harrison Biddle Greyfeather group Realty in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Harrison's prompt response to our emails, typically within few hours, was notable, especially considering that other agents took a week to respond. His timely response was greatly appreciated. During our 2 separate trips to Myrtle Beach in May and June, Harrison Biddle patiently showed us over 30 properties which we chose to see. Although we liked a condo in Windsor Green the carpet in the 3 bedrooms was a drawback. However, Harrison informed us that his client across the street would be listing her condo for sale in a week, featuring new wooden floors. We then made an offer and close the deal. We are extremely grateful for Harrison Biddle, whose patience, professionalism, and acknowledgment were outstanding. His assistance in finding our ideal condo is greatly appreciated.

Outstanding experience working with Harrison! We werent quite ready to sell when he initially contacted us but he stayed in touch and when we were ready to list, he really got the job done! He sold our home for more than we anticipated and was great to work with. We listed on a Thursday and were under contract by Monday! Excellent experience working with him! He knows the market, is very professional, personable, and stays in touch throughout the entire listing/selling/closing process. We had a last minute hiccup that delayed closing a week and Harrison stayed on top of everything. Would not hesitate to list with him again if we had more property to sell.

Harrison is a terrific agent and person. We tried finding a home for two years in the Conway area. He zeroed into what we liked, and we found a home the first time he took us out. He has a kind and thoughtful demeanor and was always there to answer questions. I just wish he would have been our agent for the house we sold in Maryland. I highly recommended him. Excellent process throughout.
