ZillowVERIFIEDGene and Harris recently helped us sell our home in the Fort Lauderdale area, and we relied heavily on them since we live in California and weren't able to be present for any part of the process. Because of that, there was a level of trust we had to invest which was clearly not misplaced.Aside from being remote for the duration of the sale, there were a handful of other challenges that surfaced before the sale was closed. In most cases they were able to react quickly, implement a solution on their own, and provide us a breakdown of the problem and what they did to address it. Occasionally they required our input or help with something but made themselves available at virtually all hours of the day (even on weekends) to help facilitate that.The overall process took a little longer than I had hoped, which was more a result of some of the details surrounding the property itself and didn't have anything to do with Gene or Harris. In fact the whole process likely would have taken even longer had it not been for their tireless efforts in finding a buyer and closing as quickly as possible.We were finally able to close the sale (at a significantly higher a price than our initial goal) and are quite happy we chose to go with these guys over some of the other realtors in the area. I would definitely recommend them; Excellent communicators, straight shooters, didn't have to listen to any "sales-pitch" conversations (which I really HATE)... simply a "let's get down to business and get this done" type of approach which I really appreciated. Thanks guys :)
