ZillowVERIFIEDI recently relocated from the Denver area to Greenville and was referred to The Haro Group by a long-time friend and realtor in Colorado. The recommendation ended up being absolutely vital to me having a truly wonderful experience during a challenging time of transition from a place where I'd lived for 55-years to Greenville, which I have come to adore. Haro Seitan is an incredible human being, let alone an outstanding realtor. He and his team took all the time in the world to understand my needs and exhibited a kind, caring, engaged approach to understanding the significant move I was making after having recently retired. I needed to move to a more affordable area that would take me away from my children and grandchildren, which was extraordinarily tough, but Haro and his incredible staff, made the process as easy and enjoyable as it possibly could have been. They helped lighten the heavy mental and emotional load I was carrying. At no point, did I ever sense being rushed along during the shopping and purchasing process. Quite the contrary. Haro took all the time in the world to get to know me and extend all kinds of little touches that made a real difference in how I ended up viewing my move to Greenville with far more optimism and excitement than I anticipated. There's not a single aspect of home buying/selling that The Haro Group is not expert in, and I felt utterly seen and understood by the team all the way from our initial introduction to well past the closing process. I could not possibly recommend Haro and his staff more highly and strongly encourage anyone to choose them for all residential real estate needs in the greater Greenville area.

ZillowVERIFIED **Haro Setian and The Haro Group truly exceeded every expectation we had during our six-month home-building journey in the Anderson area.** From the early stages when our future home was just sticks and a roof, Haro and his team walked alongside my wife and me every step of the way. They helped us navigate design choices, negotiate effectively with the builder, coordinate detailed inspections, and handle all the final closing details with professionalism and care. When obstacles arose, they were quick to find workable solutions. Their constant communication kept us informed and confident, turning what could have been an overwhelming process into a smooth, positive experience. We always felt supported, never pressured, and incredibly well-advised throughout. What impressed us most was Haros character and depth of expertise. You can tell he brings real substance to his work aEUR" with his economics background from Clemson and decades of experience building one of the most successful teams in the Upstate. Yet he leads with genuine humility and heart. We saw firsthand how his faith-driven approach and commitment to community shape the way his team operates: with integrity, thoughtfulness, and a true desire to help families thrive. His balanced holistic approach, and focus on long-term relationships shines through in how he serves his clients. If youre considering a new build, purchase, or sale in the Greenville or Anderson area, we cant recommend Haro Setian and The Haro Group highly enough. They didnt just help us buy a new house aEUR" they made the entire journey more smooth and enjoyable than we ever thought possible. We will be sending friends and neighbors their way!

ZillowVERIFIED Wow! The Haro Group was phenomenal again! We had the privilege of working with Haro and his team almost six years ago when they sold our house in Taylors. They did a great job then, over and beyond any expectations. Around the same time we started working with Haro and his team to sell our parentss, house. We actually did a lot of preliminary work to sell it, but they decided they werent ready. Finally last year with a new house and decision to move and sell, we called Haro and his team. They started working with us again and bless them for their patience and perseverance. We had multiple delays from weather, construction and preparation to move out of a house after 41 years. Haro and his team were patient and kind throughout the process. Finally after a year it all came to fruition and Haro, Michelle, and Mary Rose all did a wonderful job helping us sell our parentss house. They were personal and very relational. They took the stress out of the sell by managing the process for us and we couldnt have ask for better communication efforts to keep us all informed. Many thanks and Kudos to the Haro Group for helping us sell another house and going over and beyond again. Yall are the Best! Douglas and Lauren

ZillowVERIFIED A truly exceptional experience with The Haro Group. Working with Haro to buy my home on East Faris Road was nothing short of outstanding. From day one, the Team guided me through every step of the process with professionalism, clarity, and genuine care. They were extremely patient with me as a toured numerous houses trying to find the perfect house in proximity to Greenville, SC. What really stood out was their ability to negotiate in a way that benefited everyone involved. They protected my interests while keeping the transaction smooth and collaborative, and they ultimately secured terms that allowed me to walk away from closing with enough money to tackle all the repairs the house needed. Its rare to find a team that combines deep market knowledge with integrity and top-tier communication, but The Haro Group does exactly that. I couldnt be happier with the outcome and highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling in Greenville.

ZillowVERIFIED The Haro Group is awesome! Believe me, if you want to be supported when buying a home in Greenville contact Haro. They helped us every step of the way. Brianna was always happy to show us a home. And Haro made sure we closed the deal smoothly. He even gave us a loaf of Rise bread and a bread knife. All our needs were meet. Thanks team!

ZillowVERIFIED As first time homeowners selling our home was nothing we planned for. We initially made the mistake of hiring the wrong agent that caused us undue stress leading us straight to Brandy at the Haro Group for help. Brandy Bishop and Michelle L quickly and efficiently took on our tall demands, in what others told us was an impossible time frame. They had our house back on the market in under a week with a more professional approach! They made the process easy for us and allowed us to put our trust in them so we could handle the other aspects of relocating out of state in just over a months time! Brandy advocated for our needs with the selling process and had quick communication with us even while sick! We are grateful for all they did to get our house on and off the market BEFORE our deadline without compromising the price! If youre looking for a recommendation I could recommend Brandy or her team enough they really do take a load off during a stressful process!

ZillowVERIFIED Brandy did a great job. I was hesitant to work with a full service broker and initially considered a flat rate service. Brandy advised me to ask more than I had originally planned, then negotiated a price $20K over our asking price. Brandy and Haro Group earned their commission and my confidence.

ZillowVERIFIED I was an empty nester selling my home after being there for over 25 years. Haro made me feel at ease with no pressure, was ready with facts and figures and guided me through the process. Michelle took over and pointed me to excellent repair and staging contractors, kept me on track til the end and was a great support for what was an emotional time for me. And thank you to Brandy in the office working behind the scenes to make everything go smoothly. Can't say enough great things about every contractor they recommended and about the Haro team. House sold within a week!

ZillowVERIFIED When it was time to sell our house in Taylors, I spent weeks researching real estate agents and landed upon The Haro Group as the #1 choice in town. After working with him, I can now attest this ranking is accurate and well-deserved. He has great expertise and, by surrounding himself with his talented team, especially Tim and Michelle, he gets the job done smoothly, quickly, and efficiently. Tim helped us sort out the multiple offers that came in when our house went live and then helped us figure out the best offer. The process to closing remained smooth and glitch-free and Michelle was instrumental in helping with all the questions I had. It was truly an easy experience from start to finish and I couldnt be happier that we chose Haro and his team to sell our home. Dont waste your time on inexperienced people who only list or sell a few houses a year aEUR" pick the company that does this day in and day aEUR" and does it right! Highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Morgan Voke and Tim Sterr of The Haro Group are amazing!!! I consider myself highly fortunate to have them for my real estate team. From the beginning, it was apparent that they are a very knowledgeable and capable team. They made the entire experience an enjoyable one. They quickly understood what I was looking for in a home and helped me narrow down to a selection of houses that eventually led to a home that exceeded my expectations. They were flexible to my limited availability to view houses. When I had questions or was nervous about the process, they helped me make informed decisions and clearly laid out all the pertinent pros/cons of any of the options. I am thoroughly satisfied with the home they helped me purchase. I highly recommend them and hope to work with them again!

ZillowVERIFIED This was our second time working with The Haro Group on the buying side and the first time on the selling side, and I can safely say I love working with them. Shannon was our realtor and she is amazing. Bubbly personality, always working even after hours. She is phenomenal. Matt was our selling agent and he was great. Kept us up to date on everything from offers to basic things like his professional advice. I will continue to use the Haro Group for our next real estate adventure.

ZillowVERIFIED I never write reviews, but I wanted to write one for the Haro Group because they have been such a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this real estate agency to anyone looking to buy and/or sell a house. They have all been so kind and thoughtful during our time working together. They are quick to respond to any questions and helped us navigate this somewhat daunting process seamlessly. In this competitive market where houses are liable to close in days, Sam was able to schedule showings even on short notice. Everyone is not only knowledgeable, but also genuinely nice and patient which is helpful in making such a big decision.

ZillowVERIFIED TLDR: Shannon is knowledgeable, responsive, and very helpful when buying a home. We would highly recommend her! She made the process quick and easy, especially for us as first-time home buyers. ------------- My wife and I were first-time home buyers, and we were a bit overwhelmed with all of the details that come with buying a home. Most often, one of the first steps is finding a real estate agent. We heard about The Haro Group through some friends that had also used them. We got connected through their website, and that ultimately led us to our agent, Shannon Patteson. Shannon was very friendly when we first met with her, and she walked us through the details of buying a home. As we looked for houses through the MLS, Shannon was very responsive. She answered any questions that came up and scheduled showings very quickly. We probably visited about 5 houses before we found the one that we bought. When we were ready to offer on our house, she brought expertise and uniqueness to the details of our offer. We bought during a highly competitive market, and she did everything she could to make sure our offer was competitive, but not outside of our comfort zone. After we went under contract, Shannon was very knowledgeable and responsive as we went through all the details of the house and loan. I called and texted many times to ask about small things, and she never got frustrated. She was always willing to help, and she made sure to set aside time whenever a step in the process continued. As a whole, we highly recommend The Haro Group for anyone looking to buy a house, whether for the first time or not. You can't go wrong!

ZillowVERIFIED 1. I called Him to put an offer on a house in this competitive market, He got defensive and rude saying our relationship should end because He was on a date with his wife and I wanted to act immediately. 2. I asked him If the pictures on the house were current, and we could not see the house in person. The condition of the house was not represented as the pictures. 3. He knew my strong desire on having the fireplace work , upon moving in did not. 4 The repairs needed he said he had a estimate from one of HIs reps, was thousands of dollars off the cost to do them and I never saw His estimate which led to poor negotiation. 5. There was a suicide in the master bedroom that was never told to us which devalues the property.

ZillowVERIFIED "This past summer we were living in Seattle, WA and looking to move to the Greenville area. It was late June and we needed to find something fast, as we wanted to be moved and be settled before the kids started school. I reached out to Haro on June 21st (Father's Day) and he responded that afternoon, saying they'd be glad to help us. Within a few days we were meeting with Nate via zoom and we're under contract by July 3rd! We appreciated so much Nate's professionalism as well as his availability to answer our countless questions as he guided us through the contract, inspection, closing, etc. process. Gabby was creative and unflappable in helping us out-of-towners -- tracking down houses and giving us video tours, since we were unable to be there in person. Michelle was so helpful with getting details in place after our closing -- quick to respond to our ongoing inquiries with substantive answers. She even gave us contact information for our local public utility company, so we would be serviced the week we moved in. The Haro Group is made up of hard working people who are humble and want to serve. They are an invaluable organization, to which I will be referring my friends and family. Thank you, team, for making our dreams of owning a home again a reality -- you guys are awesome! ??????"

ZillowVERIFIED Closed on my new house on May 5th, 2020. Nate Emery and the team at the Haro Group absolutely did a fantastic job of keeping me informed, helping me through the process and handling any issues that came up. I started looking and found my house right before COVID hit, yet Nate and the team safely and thoughtfully made my home buying experience as easy as it could be. Anyone thats bought a home before knows there are going to be issues and the real challenge for a realtor is handling those issues the right way.
