She is very professional, efficient, knowledgeable, caring, personable, and excellent at communicating with us on every aspect of the process. She is simply an amazing realtor and human being combined! Throughout the process, Lindsey gave us valuable suggestions and recommendations. We got to know each other well and earned each others trust which is important because of our distance. Lindsey is well aware of the fair market price and really good in negotiations. Even though it was the slower months of real estate sales, our house was only out there for a month and a half before it found the right buyers. Lindsey took care of the entire process of selling our house in a special way that we could not be happier! We absolutely recommend her to anyone.

We were able to tour all the homes I requested and put an offer in within a week, closing within a month. She was very knowledgeable about the area, and super helpful in the home buying process. ZillowVERIFIED She was very hands on with our unique case, I was selling my family home built by my parents, and then I lived in after my father past away. She help my husband and I understand the process of selling and buying, and answering every question. she understood me well and my desire house and did not keep in house I did not like, and even told me if She thought it might be something I would not like. We talk frankly about everything when looking into a house and she never try to "SELL" me on anything i thought was not me. She was excellent and I would recommend her to anyone trying to sell or buy a house. PS she just moved to Vicksburg, so the knowledge was great for our crazy city.
