Hardeep is not only knowledgeable, he is also willing to go the extra mile to make sure his clients are getting what they want at the best deal possible (as every other comment here mentions as well). I was a first time buyer in this crazy market. Going with him not only I was able to purchase my dream house it was also at a great price and very smooth process. What I loved the most about his methods (other than his negotiation skills) was how he directed my attention as the first time buyer. seeing many different houses, it was easy for me to get distracted by small fancy stuff and miss the bigger picture, he helped me staying focused on what I valued the most in my house by asking simple questions such as "What I liked the most about the house(or didn't)" which helped me staying on top of the whole process being able to finish my hunt and own a house in less than a month.
