ZillowVERIFIED Hans was my realtor for selling a townhouse when I was out of the area. He was knowledgeable, exceedingly quick to response when I had questions or when anything came up. He had a lot of contact with other agents and had good insight into what they and their clients were thinking. I think he helped me price well for the market. As I was not in the area he was willing to go to the unit several times to check in things. Unfortunate I had a rental management agency that was difficult to work with, but Hans always kept his cool and continued giving his best to try and work with them to get the townhouse sold even while a tenant was renting.

After we sold our first condo, we were looking to purchase a vacation rental. There is only one person we knew could help us find the right property in a tight market - Hans was the LOCAL EXPERT in the Town of Surfside Beach, and were fortunate to have him represent us on our vacation condo purchase. After enjoying our beach getaway for a little over a year, we decided we wanted to upgrade to a larger condo on the oceanfront, with rental potential to offset the upgrade in price.
