ZillowVERIFIEDJust wanted to say that Amanda and her team were great. She took care of us and always gave us insight on properties that we had in mind. She consistently went above and beyond facilitating our inspection and face timing us to do the walkthrough of our property when we werent able to drive down. For reference we live in Los Angeles and bought our house in Fresno. Even after closing she took care of us by making sure we had all our paperwork in hand and her team made sure we had contact information for all our utility providers. Thanks again Amanda for making our home buying experience easier for us. We truly appreciate everything that you did.

ZillowVERIFIED Amanda and her team made selling my home a very pleasant and easy experience. She gave good advice, and managed the details of prepping the house for sale, since I was 3000 miles away.I am grateful for her help.

ZillowVERIFIED We interviewed 4 realtors before choosing a listing agent for our home and couldn't be more pleased with our decision to go with Amanda and her team. We moved out-of-state before our home went on the market, leaving everything in Amanda's capable hands, from repairs to marketing, staging our home, holding open houses, and troubleshooting any issues that arose. We had 2 solid offers, both over our asking price, after just 12 days on the market. Communication was always clear, punctual, and professional. Amanda negotiated the best deal for us while still remaining fair to our buyers. If you want the best, look no further!

ZillowVERIFIED From our first meeting with Amanda Miller to the final signing, our experience was nothing short of a class act. When we began searching for a home in Fresno, our non-negotiables in a realtor included end-to-end guidance to eliminate surprises, extensive knowledge of neighborhoods to match our wants with the right location, and a natural connection so we didnt feel like just another transaction. Amanda surpassed all our expectations. Attentive, courteous, and charismatic, she made the entire home-buying process feel like a high-end experience worthy of major city marketsaEUR"tucked away in little Fresno.

ZillowVERIFIED Amanda was the best real estate agent we worked in our 25 years of buying in the market. I've worked with half a dozen agents and she is the first that I would actually seek out again if I were to find myself in the market. Professional but friendly, she knows when to step in and when to let business work itself out. We felt well taken care of during the entire real estate experience.

ZillowVERIFIED There could be no better agent than Amanda. She persisted for MONTHS until she found the PERFECT renter. Never once lost heart and always kept us informed. Had many more showings than two agents we'd tried previously. Executed all documents quickly and professionally. As we were out of state, Amanda made the extra effort to meet with repairmen (cable, etc.) to ensure everything worked. If Amanda ran the world there would never be an unsolved problem!

ZillowVERIFIED Amanda and her team were all exceptionally knowledgeable and professional while being kind and fun to work with at the same time. Our need to move was unexpected and therefore a bit emotional but the team was supportive and patient the whole time. Definitely give her a call!!
