About Hannah Price

I was raised in a Christian family of 13 (yes, we all have the same parents), homeschooled with 8 brothers and 2 other sisters, all living in a 3 bedroom 1 bath house. That sure seems small looking back! Paintball, mountain biking and wrestling with each other was all we cared about...That and trying to find ways to make money! From ice cream and lemonade stands, to growing flowers for the local florists, my brothers and I were constantly on the go. Hand-outs were not a part of our life, and our parents raised us to fight for what we wanted. Once graduating high school I moved to LA to pursue a career in nursing. My older brother had started a window cleaning business back home, and since minimum wage wasn't paying the bills, I decided to do the same. Clear View Window Cleaning was born! I went door to door, passed out cards, hung flyers, and washed allot of windows. That pulled me through the majority of my undergraduate studies. I quickly grew tired of the big city and decided to move to Alaska to finish my education. I waited tables and shoveled snow to make money, and took up Brazilian jujitsu as a hobby. It was during competition training when I met my husband - an ambitious Army Captain who swept me off my feet, married me, and then moved me (kicking and screaming!) to Clarksville, Tennessee. At that point I was accepted into two nursing schools, but decided to drop it all and pursue a career in real estate. Which brings me to where I am today. We have made Clarksville our home, and my amazing husband Divone is out of the military and pursing real estate as well. I am thankful to God for my family and for the opportunity to be in real estate. I work hard at everything I do, and look forward to serving you in the future!

Our agent Summer, who is on Hannah Price's Rise Collective team was an absolute Godsend! We relocated from Arizona and knew no one in Clarksville initially. We met Summer due to one of the listings we were looking at. Within one week of us being in Clarksville to look at homes we were able to locate one meeting our desires and Summer helped us make a successful offer. Inspections and closing were very smooth thanks to the Rise Collective team including Becky, who helped expedite some of the required paperwork. We weren't able to move for about six weeks after closing, but during that time Summer was able to help coordinate various tradespeople to make some repairs as well as desired changes, so the house was completely in move-in condition for when we did arrive. Bottom line, I would definitely recommend Summer and the Rise Collective team, and will absolutely use them again when we need any real-estate professionals.

Hannah and the Rise Collective team are miracle workers! We were buying and selling at the same time, which is stressful. So many things could have gone wrong. She was there every step of the way. We started our house hunting a year ago with Daniel and just closed this month finally. Daniel was very patient and understanding with our wants & needs and sometimes our indecisiveness! He was there for the final walk-through and even crawled under the house with my husband to check everything out! Becki was awesome with keeping us up to date on everything as we approached Closing! Great Team! Daniel would always be quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had from start to finish and went above & beyond after Closing to make sure we had everything we needed!
