ZillowVERIFIED Extremely unethical behavior from Hannah, the kind of behavior that makes people hate the house buying process. Looked at a house listed by this agent, we made an offer over asking, she came back with a counter saying if we offered a specified amount that we can close this deal immediately. Well we did that right away and didnt hear back from her for over an hour. She then claims that since the time we agreed another verbal offer came in to her, first stating she didnt know what it was then proceeded to tell the exact details on a phone call, basically trying to incite a bidding war. Its one thing to make a statement wanting to stay open till the end of the day, but to come back with a counter offer saying this will close the deal then just flat out doing nothing after we agreed to the counter is just ethically and morally wrong. We will be sure to let all friends and family know the kind of practice Hannah does as well as KW Kansas City Metro.

ZillowVERIFIED Hannah is truly amazing at what she does. I initially started off with a different realtor that I had zero confidence in. It was a complete transition when I reached out to Hannah. Before we even went to look for homes, she sat us down for an hour zoom meeting to explain everything I needed to understand from what the process will look like, what kind of homes to look for to fit my budget, what the housing market is today and what were my requirements for a home. From there, she had my back all the way through. Hannah does not sugar coat anything! I knew I wanted her as a realtor the moment we saw the first home and she was like NOPE! Most realtor will try to give you the glitz and glam by loading each home with numerous compliments in order to sell. Hannah is realistic and will list out all the problems/potential problems she sees in the home, help you figure out how much things will cost and give you great recommendations based on what she's seen in the market. She's not here to just sell a home and make commission, she's there to help you find the home that check marks everything on your list and also has your back as a buyer. She walked me through the entire house purchase as I'm a first time home buyer. Well I did pick the wrong lender for this home loan but that didnt discourage Hannah and her team. They worked long hours and tiresome days and nights to try and communicate with the lender and there team to try and get this home loan approved.
