ZillowVERIFIED Hannah NeSmith was our selling and buying agent. It's so stressful to do both at the same time and Hannah remained dedicated throughout the entire process. She navigated negotiations for both contracts flawlessly and maintained the calm to our chaos. We bought our forever home, so we really hope we don't have to go through this process again, but if we do, she will be our first call. We highly recommend Hannah for selling or buying!

ZillowVERIFIED Hannah was awesome!!! She sold our house quickly, handled everything concerning the sale, and did everything she told us she would do. She was available 24-7 for us, and was extremely professional. She also helped us find and buy a house. The buy of the new house and the sale of the old house happened within days of each other, and it was such a smooth transition because of Hannah. We would recommend Hannah to anyone looking to buy or sell a house!

ZillowVERIFIED We loved having Hannah as our realtor. She made the home buying process easier. She always responded to any questions that we had right away. We gave her a list of what we were looking for in a home and she searched on her own to give us some options to look at. We recommend Hannah, and if the need for her services is ever needed again she will be the only person we call. We love our new home!

ZillowVERIFIED Ms. Matlock provided the expertise and professionalism required to sell my property in a very difficult market within an expedited timeframe. Showing her extensive knowledge not only of the geographical area but also of the local populace Ms. Matlock was able to negotiate the entire process from listing to closing not only in a fraction of the time expected but also with the ease of a seasoned veteran. Having been through several home transactions I found my experience with Hannah to be among the best I have had.

ZillowVERIFIED We just closed on my home 7-11-14. My home had been on the market several times with 2 different Reality Companies with no success selling and A LOTOf excuses. I found Hannah Matlock in Jan.2014.She had a confidence and a "fire" about her that made me think I finally found the right Realtor! I was right! She had my home under contract in 3months after I signed with her. Set to close in May I was excited! As it ended up The bank we were working with was not the best at getting things done in a "timely" manner. May closing was extended to end of June.June closing was extended again! I'm not going to go into all the excuses we got from this bank. But I will tell you I had a relentless, confident, not afraid to fight for her client Realtor beside me. I won't forget how Hannah assured me that we would "get through this together" and sometimes in "unsure" situations like we were dealing with that means a lot to hear those words. I know without a doubt without Hannahfighting for me this would not have happened. Hannah is amazing, confident, professional and has a "fire" in her soul to help her client's. She is way more than just a Realtor. She is a friend. Thank you HannahMatlock for getting the seemingly impossible done!If you want a Realtor like I just described you will NOTgo wrong with Hannah Matlock!

ZillowVERIFIED We've been looking for a home for only a short time but Hannah has been very helpful answering all our questions. We are first time home buyers so this is a big deal to us and she has been very patient throughout the process. We haven't found the house yet but I'm confident that we'll find one soon. We've dealt with a few other real estate agents but most seemed to busy to answer our questions or didn't take the time to understand what we wanted. I would recommend Hannah to other people looking for a home in the area.

ZillowVERIFIED I recently embarked on a venture to buy 5 different rental homes. I had a budget in mind and asked Hannah to help me accomplish my goal. She and I have been to practially every place in Wise Co. trying to find the right properties. I'm sure I drove her crazy with the search but she never complained. Eventually, we found the 5 properties. We were unable to find all I wanted in Wise Co. Hannah put me in contact with another agent in TN and kept involved with helping get everything to the closing point. I would not use any other agent except Hannah Matlock. She's the greatest!

ZillowVERIFIED Hannah took me to see homes a few months ago. She was very knowledgable of the area, the homes we looked at and very helpful in narrowing down the search for us. Overall, she was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED We were out of town clients of Hannah's. I had communicated with her by telephone and on line to advise her of our wishes. We had three days to find a house. Hannah was prepared, professional, and totally in tune to the type of homes I had been describing to her. When we did make an offer, she excelled in the negotiation process and pursued responses in order to allow us to have accepted offer and house inspection completed prior to our departure. Hannah helped us handle the closing from another state as well. I couldn't have asked for better and more knowledgable service.
