ZillowVERIFIED **Second Outstanding Experience with Hannah aEUR" Highly Recommend!** We love working with Hannah. Its the second time she helped us purchase a condo in St. Augustine, and we couldnt be more satisfied. As this was a remote purchase, Hannahs ability to facilitate the process from afar was invaluable. She arranged comprehensive video viewings of the property, allowing us to explore every detail as if we were there in person. Additionally, before closing, she conducted a thorough pre-closing walkthrough via video, ensuring we were fully informed and confident about condition of the property. Hannahs responsiveness was remarkable, with replies consistently under 5 minutes, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her deep knowledge of the St. Augustine market was evident throughout our interactions. She skillfully negotiated the best price for our property, ensuring we got excellent value. One standout aspect of Hannahs service was her efficiency in arranging the inspection. She coordinated and scheduled it within a day, which was crucial for keeping everything on track. Furthermore, even after the sale, she continues to provide exceptional support by helping us obtain repair estimates, ensuring we are well-prepared for any necessary maintenance. What truly set Hannah apart was her personal touch and dedication to building a genuine relationship. She made us feel supported and valued every step of the way. If youre looking for a real estate agent who combines market expertise, exceptional communication, rapid response, advanced remote services, and comprehensive post-transaction support, Hannah is the one to call. Highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Hannah and Carlos were a breeze to work with! They made themselves available to us throughout the whole process of our move, overseeing both our sale and our purchase. As with all moves, we had very specific needs -- to find a home with a mother-in-law suite, near good medical care, with a good school, central to our work, and within a very specific time frame. Hannah and Carlos helped us make this happen -- I couldn't believe we got all our boxes checked, and then some! We trusted Hannah & Carlos with all our negotiations - they were insightful and savvy. We very much appreciated their professionalism and warmth, along with their strong track record and diligent work on our behalf.

ZillowVERIFIED In the rush of moving out of state, we called Hannah & Carlos literally two days before leaving town. They came right away to meet with us and check out our house (seeing through all the packing mess??). They validated our thoughts on our house's value and with their knowledge on the housing market, particularly in the St Augustine Shores neighborhood, we were pretty dang close to target with our asking price and under contract within half the typical timeframe for the area. They handled everything from afar and nearly all via texts/emails, which was easiest for me considering I'm a SAHM of 3 littles and hard to get some quiet thinking time...Hannah empathised and made it work! Aside from them actually living in the Shores and being familiar with this micro-market, Hannah & Carlos's community involvement and dedication to the neighborhood (via markets, special events, & local service work recommendations) makes them both knowledgable and commited to the area.

ZillowVERIFIED Hannah and Carols were excellent in all aspects of purchasing our retirement home. Their knowledge of the area and negotiation for pricing was spot on, incredibly it was within 5k of the appraisal value. We had specific requirements for a home due to our special needs children. Our wishlist included, ADA accommodations, .5 acres or more of land, fenced yard, swimming pool, updated eat-in kitchen, pantry and the ability to add on if needed. Hannah & Carlos were able to find a home that not only hit all of our wish list request, but it had been completely updated for big ticket items. Moving into our new home without the worry of replacing a roof, plumbing, hot water heater or a fence is priceless. It even came with hurricane windows! If you are in need of a good realtor broker, run do not walk, run to the phone and call them! We are looking forward to spending many happy years in our new home.

ZillowVERIFIED Hannah Lopez and her team went above and beyond for my husband and me while we were looking for our retirement home. Hannah took the time to call me so that she could understand our specific situation and exactly what we were looking for. One day a listing popped up that checked all of our boxes and I called Hannah on her cell phone and she took the call. She was able to get into the property that evening and facetimed us since we are still in NJ. She immediately helped us put in an offer. She made arrangements for our local friends to go to see the condo in person. She and her team have helped us and kept us updated every step of the way. I have never worked with such a conscientious realty group like Hannah and Momentum Realty. If you are looking for personal service, and a caring team, then Hannah Lopez and Momentum Realty is where you should turn. 10 STARS!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED I would 110 % recommend Hannah as your realtor. Not only does she have the knowledge on real estate, but the patience with a "nervous single mom buyer" like my self! For months of back and forth decisions on my behalf, she continued to show me properties, answer countless calls and text, refer me to lenders when I did not have the time to do the research my self, and constantly reminded me how she was there to answer any and all of questions. She had the patience to deal me constantly changing my mind and always went with whatever I needed in that moment. In the end We found the perfect home for my family and I could not be any more excited!

ZillowVERIFIED We called Hannah on her day off about a listing with her company on a Sunday. She got us in the very next day and had 2 other places for us to view. After viewing all three, she got an idea of what we were looking for when none of the three worked for us. She called us a few days later and had found us the perfect home. We loved it and closed about a month later. She knows the area and is very knowledgeable about the market. She has the experience you are looking for. She has continued to work with us after the closing because we have had a lot of questions. We will definately use Hannah again for our real estate needs. I would like to also mention she is kind and patient. She is not pushy, but efficient and gets the job done. We highly recommend her!!!

ZillowVERIFIED We started casually looking at properties in the St Augustine area in mid-2020. We were looking at a vacation property for our family of 7 to enjoy. Hannah was absolutely amazing! The market is such a sellers market, making it really difficult for buyers. Hannah worked with us every step of the way and never gave up. We changed directions on our preferences multiple times and she continued to work with us. She hustled to find us the perfect home, and she did! She was able to negotiate a deal with the seller and help us win the property. She was very professional, kind, and caring through the whole process. Quite frankly, I dont think we could have done this with without her. Thank you for everything Hannah! You are a one of a kind realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED Hannah Lopez went above and beyond when helping us purchase our family home! She was involved from beginning to end. We were having problems getting financing due to the fact the property we purchased had two different types of homes on it. When one company said they could not finance it because of that, Hannah was on top of it and gave us the name of a local bank to use. Everything went well from that point forward until the day before closing. This is when we found out our insurance policy did not have flood coverage and without this we would not be able to close. It was Hannah who came to our rescue again and made sure we were covered and our closing still happened as scheduled. Hannah certainly lives up to Newcomer's standard of exceeding expectations! Thank you Hannah we will forever be grateful!

ZillowVERIFIED Hannah Lopez is beyond phenomenal. She knows every nook and cranny of St. Augustine which coupled with her extensive deep rooted knowledge of the community makes her a tremendous asset to her clients. She was never more than a moment away throughout the entire process, from searching, coordinating showings, making offers, and finally to closing. Her candor and advice was always well informed and top notch. I cant even fathom how anyone else could come close to her level of involvement and professionalism. I'm searching for any constructive criticism to give, but there is none. Literally the best agent anyone could hope for. To top it off, at the last minute when we had a small hiccup with financing, her entire team drew together to quickly and efficiently present positive options and work towards a solution seamlessly. I wish that I had more words to describe how thankful and appreciative I am that she was (and will always be) my go to person for any and all real estate matters.
