We had an amazing experience working with Pinpoint! Hannah spent an entire Saturday with us before we were even in a position to put in offers, simply helping us get a feel for different areas and understanding what we were looking for in a home. That kind of dedication early on meant so much to us. When we were finally ready to move forward, Natalie stepped in seamlessly. Our home went under contract late on a Thursday, and without much notice, we decided to travel and hoped to see houses that weekend. Despite the short notice and a scattered list of homes, Natalie made it happen. She was flexible, incredibly responsive, and kept everything moving smoothly. Hannah is one in a million. This is our third house buying/selling experience with her due to her expertise in the real estate market. She stays within your budget and gives honest opinions. Hannah was fantastic as our real estate agent! We found a house online late Thursday night that had just been listed and she got us a scheduled showing the next day. There were multiple showings the first day it was on the market so we wanted to make an offer. She sat in her car and wrote up the entire offer before she drove back home and our offer was actually accepted that weekend! We were so impressed with how quickly and thoroughly she accomplished everything throughout the buying process. We couldnt be happier with this house and so glad we had Hannah to help us! 10/10 recommend!!!
