ZillowVERIFIEDHannah was our realtor when we bought land in Floresville and we were so happy with her, we used her again to sell a another property we had. That property was located 4 hours away so we thought we might have to get a realtor local to that area, but Hannah went above and beyond to take care of the sale for us amd even travelled all the way to the location! It was a great feeling knowing we had someone so knowledgeable handling everything! She is not only knowledgeable about about house sales, but land sales as well. Which is great because she is familiar with all of the agricultural aspects of land sales, which was really important for us as we had a vested interest in the hunting opportunities and limitations available on any property we would purchase. We highly recommend her for your realty needs!
ZillowVERIFIEDMy husband and I became empty nesters earlier this year and decided we needed to downsize. After hearing rave reviews about Hannah we decided to reach out to her. We hit it off! She understood our needs, was beyond knowledgeable and guided us gently through the entire process. Our house was under contract within days of listing. I cant say enough good things about her. She really has her clients best interests at heart, loves her community and works HARD!!!
ZillowVERIFIEDHannah is very responsive and professional. She worked for me in different counties. She answers questions and is very supportive. I couldnt ask for a better agent!
ZillowVERIFIEDHannah was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of our purchase experience! We had a very long list of specifications, including acreage, space to build a homesite, utilities on site, an area that had wildlife present for hunting, and all within a specific location and budget. She managed to find us the perfect property! There were other offers on the table, but she helped us to determine the right offer which led us to being chosen!Throughout the process, she was extremely responsive and assisted us with gathering information that was not even her responsibility to provide. We are extremely grateful to have worked with Hannah and highly recommend her for anyone in the market!
