She did such a sparkling job helping me to buy this great house in the first place so I saw no reason to look for someone else. And that decision really paid off. Buying and selling a home is always stressful and comes with much uncertainty. But Hannah is always so kind, patient and generous with her time it really helps to alleviate the mental challenges. Her response time is amazing and she always takes whatever time is needed for me to fully understand something or to work through some complication. Like when our first buyers got cold feet and backed out. PANIC! But Hannah handled the situation with finesse and charm and within a little more than a week we had a new contract. Hannah fully understands the market in Eugene and knows how to arrange timing, staging, showing, the open house, and working with the realtors of prospective buyers. ZillowVERIFIED Oh man, where do I start? Hannah was recommended to me by my mortgage officer and I am so pleased to have been able to work with her through out the home buying process. I lived 115 miles away from the area I wanted to buy a home in. Hannah and I talked on the phone for quite a while before we ever met, and she really took the time to answer my questions and get a feel for exactly what I was looking for. She was super accommodating to someone who knew nothing about the home purchase process. She put together a list for me, and I drove down one weekend to check out the listings. Boom, first visit - found the house I wanted. The pictures didn't do it justice and neither did Google street view. She warned me though, don't go completely off the pictures. Some make the place look great, and some make it look poor. She was right, this place was perfect and it was on my "not interested" list because of the pictures. She put in a competitive offer, that required a fast turn around time, which was accepted. She worked with the sellers agent constantly and kept my involved throughout the process. The best way I can describe Hannah is that she's fair, she's on your side and she's honest with you. There were a few hiccups along the way, and she never put me in the position of getting the short end of the stick. She always tried to put me in the best and fairest position possible and she advocated for me every step of the way. I needed that, because buying your first home and moving 100+ miles away from everyone you know isn't easy and the stress is already unreal, without feeling like you have to fight just to buy the house. I felt like she was always on my side, and had my best interest at heart. She was honest about items to be concerned about, and what not to really be too worried about. I wouldn't have been able to do this without her. I trust Hannah, and I would recommend her to anyone. I cannot say enough how well she treated me and how great she made my first home purchase go for me. :D
