When I decided to sell the house on Roan Dr. I immediately called Hannah. She did such a sparkling job helping me to buy this great house in the first place so I saw no reason to look for someone else. And that decision really paid off. Buying and selling a home is always stressful and comes with much uncertainty. But Hannah is always so kind, patient and generous with her time it really helps to alleviate the mental challenges. Her response time is amazing and she always takes whatever time is needed for me to fully understand something or to work through some complication. Like when our first buyers got cold feet and backed out. PANIC! But Hannah handled the situation with finesse and charm and within a little more than a week we had a new contract. Hannah fully understands the market in Eugene and knows how to arrange timing, staging, showing, the open house, and working with the realtors of prospective buyers. Proof of that being that in both cases, when the house was first listed and the second time when it was re-listed, we had competitive bidding. Bottom line, we got a very solid offer, above the original asking price. I have no intentions of selling my new home but if I did, Hannah would be my go to.
