Hannah Canaletti didn't start her real estate career behind a "For Sale" sign - she started behind the scenes. In 2017, she began as a transaction coordinator, learning the ins and outs of real estate contracts long before she ever showed a home. That foundation gave her a rare depth of knowledge most agents don't have walking in: she understands the fine print, the timelines, and the details that can make or break a deal.

When Hannah made the move into an agent role with the Kay-Grant Group, she put that expertise straight to work - closing $10 million in sales by her second year.

But for Hannah, real estate has never just been about transactions. It's about people. She's passionate about making sure every client feels educated, prepared, and confident from the very first conversation, whether they're buying their first home or their fifth. Serving the greater Phoenix area with a focus on Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Queen Creek, and Tempe, Hannah brings a warm, hands-on approach to every client relationship.

Outside of work, Hannah's biggest motivation is her 1.5-year-old son - who occasionally makes guest appearances at showings and walkthroughs, bringing a little extra joy (and a few extra smiles) to the process.
