OMG! First of all, dual representation is legal in Georgia but highly unethical. How can you defend the interest of both buyer and seller? She couldnt. We built our home and she was our real estate agent and the buyer. She didnt care about what we wanted, changed our selections without communicating with us, decline to answer emails and ignored our rights as buyers. Every time we needed to talk to her, it was an argument, a fight, a unnecessary attitude. Once we closed on the house, she was also the person we had to deal with for any warranty request, and trust me, there was plenty. Her unresponsiveness forced us to seek legal help. There is plenty of realtors out there, find one that will respect you and your investment. Dont hire her, fire her!

Hanna Pate is hands down the best realtor. Shes sweet, kind, and genuine! No matter what we needed throughout the process Hanna made sure we were taken care of. We were dealing with a builder and unlike most realtors Hanna did not concede to the builder/on site agent. Dont waste your time with half hearted realtors, Hanna will take care of you and will become more than your realtor, but a life long friend!
