ZillowVERIFIED When my wife and I started the hunt for a home we had no idea who Hank Wilson was, our oldest daughter set up the first appointment. Hank wanted to make sure he knew exactly what we were looking for. We were very picky and specific about what we needed in a home especially with the market being the way it was, houses were selling very quickly and what we needed was hard to find, but Hank found exactly what we needed. We had looked for houses in the past with other agents but I can assure you, you will not find any other agent that is more honest, knowledgeable, ethical or just plain overall nice person. No matter what time of day, like clockwork right after I would text him in less than a minute he would call, not once or twice, every time I texted ( and it was a lot ) he responded. Every question I had, he answered, even the questions that had nothing to do with real estate, I had questions about the mortgage process and the office was closed, I called Hank and he answered it for me, that is the kind of service Hank provides all the time. Hank negotiated the perfect home for our family below list price. Every time we worried about anything he always talked us off the ledge. You hear things like this all the time he or she is great because you got the house you wanted, seriously, Hank truly wants to help and really does care about your family getting what they need. If we ever decide to sell our home Hank is the only agent I will call, no matter what I have to sell a dog house or mansion Hank will be there to sell it then find what we need next. Also when Hank fell ill for a few days he still stayed in contact from home and his assistant would meet and help as well. Buying a home is not easy but having Hank with us made it easier, I would recommend Hank Wilson for any real estate needs. I did not know him before, but we gained a home and a friend. ZillowVERIFIED Hank was awful. We reached out to sell and he came in with a grandees "program" and sales pitch which we bought in to. He NEVER tried to sell our house. He promised all this advertisement and all he did was promote in on Facebook once. We had a handful of showings over about 4 months. We had to pry and hound for any sort of feedback at all. He relied on an "app" for EVERYTHING. You can't sell a house with an iPhone... finally, we asked about an open house so he set one up. He never advertised it, posted no signs or anything, and then the agent he tasked with conducing the open house showed up 15 minutes late and left 20 minutes early netting a 25 minute open house. Terrible, absolutely terrible ...
