ZillowVERIFIED Hamza gets things done! He reached out to us about selling a home we had been challenged to sell in the past. Initially, I wasnt convinced this time would be different. Within a few days he proved me wrong. His thorough analysis and innovative marketing started generating interest almost immediately. Rather than wait for prospects to come to him, he actively generated leads from multiple states, including as far away as New York. As an added challenge, we were selling a house that had tenants in it. No problem: Hamza worked with the tenants and found multiple prospects who were willing to buy with a lease still in force. Since we were absentee owners, he helped line up a contractor to make repairs noted during the inspection. He was in constant contact, keeping us abreast of the situation and the actions he was taking. And when a couple of buyers materialized, he helped with negotiations and crafted a deal that worked for everyone. Hamza is by far the best agent we have ever worked with.

ZillowVERIFIED Hamza is very professional friendly respectful and attentive to your needs. As my real estate agent selling my house was easy and pain free. On our initial meeting he was understanding and patient, I was nervous at first because I didnt know how the process of selling a home went. He showed me the process that he had used with other home owners and got there house to sell. Within 3 weeks my house was listed and under contract and within a month and a half it was sold and I was off moving into my new home.
