ZillowVERIFIED Avoid Hallie Kutzli if you are seeking a professional realtor. She is not someone with industry knowledge or expertise--nor will she stand up for her clients. I sold and purchased a home with Hallie as my realtor and regret it. There were problems with both transactions and neither Hallie nor her broker Traci Rich of ReMax were willing to assist in any way. Hallie is nothing more than a glorified messenger. When she's not nursing a cold or picking up her daughter from school, she's also great at delivering keys and opening doors. She couldn't even get the time of the closing right, and I didn't even get a handshake or thank you for all the commissions she made from me.
