It seemed we never needed to follow up on questions we asked during showings, she would always get the information, if she didn't already have it, and get it to us quickly. It definitely felt like she had our best interest at heart and didn't push us into any direction we weren't comfortable with. She was also very flexible and although she was out of town a couple of times she found colleagues to show us a couple of houses. I definitely recommend this realtor.

She is fast and knows how to explain things in an easy fashion to keep you up to date on what is going on with your home. She gives great explanations and expertise on how the market is doing. ZillowVERIFIED I understand that modern tech is a useful tool and has a need, especially in real-estate business. However I feel it is widely over used and being used more of a way to avoid people rather then bring them closer. Haley was excellent in her communication , calling when necessary and when complicated issued needed a clear understanding. Haley would meet with us whenever asked to ease the tension that always surrounds large purchases. I felt the texting and emails that were sent were appropriate in nature and never made me feel excluded or not up to speed. Haley was on point with replying and communicating with everyone involved , and let you know promptly that she was on whatever problem, question or issue that arose. These things may sound silly to most , however in business communication is key. I rarely go out of my way to highly recommend people or services, with Haley , I have told everyone who would listen.
