When my husband Anthony and I decided to sell our Pitman home. We were not sure who to use. It had been many years since we used a real estate agent and we both knew things had certainly changed. Every year Alysia would send us a small refrigerator magnet and Anthony and I both said if we ever decide to sell we will call her because she seems knowledgeable and knows how to market herself. Best decision we could have made. We called and set up a meeting and Alysia came over quickly. She sat down with us and patiently answered all our questions and explained the process. We both liked her friendly and competent personality as well as years of professional experience and felt she would deliver on everything she promised. We were not disappointed! After agreeing on a asking price, she set up our virtual tour photo shoot. The house looked amazing and Alysia gave us solid advice on what to do and not do. Bottom line after three days on the market, we got three very good offers. Alysia sat with us, reviewed the offers and guided us every step of the way from accepting the offer, to getting a CO to talking us off a ledge once or twice. LoL She even came over once and let me in the house after I accidentally locked myself. We had a good laugh over that. Downsizing and selling a home you have lived in for over 25 years was emotionally and physically challenging but we always knew Alysia and her team had our best interests at heart.
