Hal will tell you his opinion whether it coincides with your own. This level of honesty is very important because he is the professional and has a deep knowledge of the real estate market. He kept in communications with us and was accommodating to our needs. I found his representation to be one of mutuality and it resulted in a successful sale. ZillowVERIFIED Miami Hal is an amazing realtor, and we are so glad we chose him to represent us in the sale of our condo in Coconut Grove. He was easy to reach at any time and he'd respond with explanations or advice, always making sure we understood the consequences of the issues at hand. Hal was very patient and aware that he needed to communicate in terms we understood. His advice was always right-on, leading to positive results. Hal also predicted issues that would arise and prepared us to deal effectively with them. His advice always turned out to be constructive, leading to positive results. We had about 24 people attending our open house and we had six offers within one day. We had some unusual parameters: (1) to sell promptly at a competitive price; (2) to settle promptly; (3) to remain in the condo unit for 4 months after settlement. Through his negotiations, Hal met all our desires. We sold our condo above the asking price, we settled in less that 3 weeks on a cash deal, we could remain in the condo for the 4 months, AND without any rental fees to the new owner and the new owner would also pay the condo fees during the 4 months. We were thrilled with the outcome. Finally, after the sale, Hal let us know that he was making a charitable contribution to the Nicklaus Children's Hospital in our name. Therefore, we heartily recommend Hal at every opportunity!

He took time to answer many of our questions the same day we initially reached out to him and always responds to questions and concerns very promptly. Hal never seems to be 'off the clock'.2) He gets the job done. We put our house on the market on Thursday, had an open house Sat/Sun and had over a dozen offers presented to us the following day. We ended up accepting an offer that was $50,000 above asking price and he negotiated that we could stay for free for an additional 2 months so that our kids could finish their school year. 3) He truly listens. Our situation was a bit unique and Hal always took the time to listen and find out what our exact needs were before providing recommendations. He patiently answered hundreds of questions throughout the process and became a very trusted advisor. He also trusted us and provided contractual flexibility for us even if it wasn't in his own best interest. 4) He goes above and beyond the real estate transaction. We just sold our house but have a post occupancy agreement with that buyer that will allow us to stay for an additional few months. Even though his primary job is done, Hal is continuing to support us through this time until the final walk-through has been completed and the keys have been turned over. 5) He knows his stuff. Hal truly understands the local market as well as external factors impacting the real estate landscape. He predicted patterns that thankfully led us to put our house on the market sooner rather than later and offered to pre-screen realtors for us in the out-of-state location that we will be moving to.It's truly been a great pleasure working with Miami Hal. He first helped me buy my first place as a 24 your old. He took me through the brutal journey of a foreclosure at a very low selling price which did not make him much commission but he worked his tail off as it was a million dollar commission for him. Few years later after meeting my now wife I reached out to the only one I trust with my real estate needs. He had my condo under contract in less than a week and doubling my investment. After having a convo and speaking like a friend no longer a client he directed me to an up and coming area for us; brand new/ pre construction townhouse where he fought for every last incentive to be thrown into the deal and the best lot in front of a park. He then received another phone call that we had fallen in love with the neighborhood a single family home which is the home of our dreams was going up for sale the next day and we wanted to jump on it and sell our townhouse. He did not flinch to be there the next day and have the sellers take our offer without seeing one single buyer. This was a short sale which was our toughest deal that took us to the closing table twice and showed the measures Hal would now take for his now friend (me). He also made me some money on the townhouse which was another miracle since they were still building new ones at the time. Hal has an extensive knowledge of the local area and the players in the local real estate industry that is second to none. Most importantly, he is very easy to get a hold of and is available at all hours of the day. He gives every deal his full attention with a lightning fast response time every time a task has to be completed, whether it is setting up a showing or submitting/rebutting an offer. Do not be fooled by other agents that promise you the stars and fail to deliver on it. Hal will set very realistic expectations and deliver every time. If you do not use him, you will regret it!
