ZillowVERIFIED When I opened the door to greet Haig when he first came to our house I knew we would be canceling interviews with all other realtors. He did not show up in business casual attire, he was dressed in suit and tie with a very professional impression. You can easily see that he takes his job seriously, and that seriousness really came through in his negotiations to get us the best price for our house. Haig is working till late at night every night. And, he did his homework well to pick the right price for our house. He placed it at the high end of the market, but not too high to draw the type of buyers we needed to move the house quickly. He does not pull any punches. He told us exactly what to do to get the house ready and his photographer did an excellent job to show the house in its best light. We had a cash buyer within one day and Haig held firm in the negotiations to get exactly the price we set. This is where Haigs professional appearance stands out. He does not look like someone that you can bluff nor does he look like someone who you would call their bluff. We are very happy with our entire experience with Haig. We couldnt have picked a better realtor to work with. Hes a very likable guy and very straightforward. If you want to hear a very interesting story, ask him how he got his name.

Turning it over to Haig, from the very start, he worked diligently to quickly list and market. ZillowVERIFIED Haig was outstanding! We listed and signed the PA in less than 12 hours thanks to his advice. He advised us on what to change, repair or leave alone if it wouldn't affect the price. We got above asking price in the first few hours after it went live. I think that is credit to his experience. However, I think his biggest talent comes in his negotiating skills which isn't always learned. There is more to it than figuring out and negotiating the right price. He negotiated up to 30 days free rent after closing, among other advantages. All, saving us money and netting a bigger profit. I would highly recommend Haig to either list your home or find you one.

So whem my 85 year old mother decided to sell the family home she has lived in since 1961 there was no other real estate sales person i would have even considered, So I called Haig. Knowing this would be an emotional sale for my mother he made her feel safe and calm throught the whole process. She was not disturb by other real estate professionals as Haig had all those contacts go through him when setting up showings. Within one weekend of showings Haig submitted 5 offers, which of course we accepted one of them and the hosue was sold. Again all within a weeks time. His professionalism and care he took with mother made this transaction seamless and we could not be happier with the results. I would recommend him to anyone looking to either sell or buy a home. Haig went with his gut and listed the house at what he thought it was worth. Contrary to what the north realtors said, the house sold in a month or less and we got what we wanted in the sale. He treated us like family and not just some sale for him. He even had patience with me and all of my questions, Hahahaha. We appreciate all of the hard work that he did to sell the house. Within the hour he had listings sent to us and had Zak on board to show us a couple houses the next day.
