Not only did he help us find a rental when we were relocating from Seattle to Nashville in 2021, but he also expertly navigated the crazy sellers market we are in today to help us purchase our dream home under some serious time crunches. Our lease was up April 2022 and we had our second baby due in the same month, so we were under quite a bit of pressure to find something quickly in the lowest inventory season. As the property I was selling was in an Estate, and I was located in Nevada, their knowledge of pricing for Nashville was imperative. They also provided me with companies that could do repair work that was needed and even facilitated that repair work. I am ever so grateful for all they did, taking the burden of selling a house from another State off of my shoulders. Hagan and his assistant, Brittney, are VERY responsive - any questions or communications from me were answered very quickly. Hagan knows the area thoroughly, and has good insider knowledge about local HOA's and housing communities. I constantly received new listings that fit my criteria, and more importantly, I never felt that Hagan was trying to talk me into liking a property - if I didn't love something, he moved on and kept looking for me. When contract time came, he handled all the negotiations very deftly, and definitely worked to get me the best possible deal. Highly recommend Hagan.
