Proudly serving my clients for over 20 years, I love all facets of Real Estate from building relationships, helping my clients stage and get their homes ready for sale, marketing and negotiations to showing homes to so many excited buyers and more. An active real estate investor, I also share my investing experience with those who would like to supplement their income with real estate endeavors. While Gwendolyn is my aunt, I can put my familial bias aside to highly recommend her as a real estate professional. Gwen has been helping my wife and I find a home since September of this year. She is very hands on and at each open house was asking questions that my wife and I would have never thought of. Gwen quickly identified not so well done flips, weeded out dishonest sellers and saved us so much money we could have spent on fees and services had certain things not been caught before putting in an offer. Gwen also was able to recommend and recruit our inspector and even helped us contact a good plumber under short notice. She is super professional, timely with her responses and always has her client's best interests at heart. Cannot recommend her enough.

Working with Gwen was such a pleasure! We were first time home buyers and we couldn?t have been happier working with Gwen. She was referred to us by another couple who also had a wonderful experience working with her. Gwen was very proactive with sending us listings based on our search criteria. Picked Sherry and Gwen from a list of other realtors and am i glad i did! Set up informational meeting with them and reviewed comparables to our home and they were prepared with a comprehensive list for me to come to a decision on the correct way to list our home for sale. Sherry and Gwen gave us helpful tips to prepare the home for listing and when ready we listed the home and within several days we had an offer which we came to agreement on with the new buyers! Sherry and Gwen helped us buy our first home and were enormously helpful. Both know the Hampden country area thoroughly. (We were brand new to the area, and learned of Sherry and Gwen through a colleague who'd bought a house in Longmeadow with their help. .) I highly recommend Sherry and Gwen Levine as Real Estate Agents. When my husband and I decided to put our house on the market, we needed a lot of help. Fortunately for us, Sherry was recommended by a friend and coworker. Our house was a beautiful custom designed contemporary post and beam style home. It has many unique and desirable features and was built in 1989. But we were finishing it ourselves and while we completed much of the work, indeed most of it, we knew we would have to try and sell it before it was completely finished.Sherry and Gwen knew exactly how best to market our home. Sherry had expertise with contemporary homes like ours and gave us the best advice as to what we should do to prepare to list it, when we should list it, and how much to list it for. The professional photographer they used was very talented and showcased our house to its best advantage. They used every proven marketing tool including all the websites. They turned the fact that the house was not completely finished into an asset. We had multiple offers the first day it was listed. Sherry guided us to the best and highest offer. It was a first-time home-buying experience for our buyers and they were nervous, demanding, and a bit difficult but Gwen handled them with finesse and professionalism without us being aware of the situation until it was over.As with many home sales, it was fraught with emotion. Both Gwen and Sherry are so professional and experienced that they treated us with sensitivity and never made us feel as though they were trying to use our vulnerability to their advantage. I had previously consulted with another real estate agent who had left me feeling as though he would be acting in his best interest instead of ours.Finally, they guided us every step of the way and through every twist and turn including a couple of unexpected situations that required Gwen and Sherrys expert advice. This experience taught me the advantages of using the best in the business and alerted me to the dangers of trying to sell your home without professionals. I highly recommend Gwen and Sherry and I will run to them the next time I need the services of real estate agents.

Hello, I meet Sherry and Gwen many years ago through a mutual friend, over ten years to be exact. Little did I know then that they would not only become my Realtors for life, but have become like family. I have purchased and sold three homes with them during the time I was in the market. In fact my current home is a true blessing totally attributed to their commitment of assuring their customers are happy, even long after the purchase. I was not in the market at the time; however, knowing my likes and dislikes and a growing family, they knew I was not totally happy in house number two. When they came across my current home, they simply send me a few photos just to pounder and I almost fell out of my chair in excitement. They had found my dream home, dream lot and location and I was not even asking or looking. They were very much in tuned to what where my circumstances at the time and what I truly wanted in a home, as my wants had changed. Needless to say, they sold my second home as they did my first home the same day they listed the properties and closed the deal on the house I am in now. You read correctly, the first two homes I lived in for a few years and maintained my properties in tip top shape. When time came to sell, without hesitation or doubts I turned to Sherry and Gwen. In my opinion, the best in the field. Both those homes sold in record breaking time, both homes sold the same day they listed them. The first house sold before the open house was over and the second home sold the night of the open house. I truly trust them as professionals, friends and like family. They are incredible at what they do and assist you in making all the right decisions, even when as the home owner or buyer you dont want to hear certain pit falls or dislikes, they tell you the truth. Dont get me wrong, they will tell you things you dont want to hear. However, that is what I love about them. They are committed to you as the customer and are not afraid of telling you the truth even if it means the death of a sale or purchase. I have never experienced a single moment where I felt they just wanted to make a sale or close on a purchase, just to make a commission. I have two words for those in the market to buy, sell, get an honest opinion or even just want to test the waters without the fear of having to commit or being tricked into a commitment and those two words are aEURoeSherryaEUR? and aEURoeGwenaEUR?.
