ZillowVERIFIEDMrs. Gwen helped my husband and I buy our first house and she made the entire process so smooth and easy. She was very patient with us and all of our questions. She is so knowledgeable, experienced, dependable, and knows the Thibodaux area well. We love our new house and could not have had a better home buying experience!

ZillowVERIFIED I've recently purchased my second home with Gwen and also sold my late mother's home with Gwen. She has a real grasp on the market and seems to find exactly what I was looking for. Also with my mom's house, my sisters initially listed with another agent. With many months of no interest I convinced my family to end the contract and sign with Gwen. Within a few short months the house was sold and to a young couple which is what we wanted to happen. Gwen is there night and day and is always a phone call away. She goes out of her way to ensure a smooth transition and she even makes sure the house and yard are ready for occupancy. I will always use Gwen in the future because she is driven and gets results!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Other agents couldn't get my house sold, but Gwen sold it within a month of signing. She handled all back end paperwork for me and made the process much simpler for me.

ZillowVERIFIED Gwen was the realtor that most people looking to buy a home dream about. She wasn't pushy and listened to everything that we wanted in our home and only showed us homes that met our criteria. She was also great about staying within our budget range. She was extremely patient with us and brought us back to see the same house multiple times. Another wonderful quality is that she is very honest about the properties. She will tell you if she thinks the property needs work/improvements or if there is hidden damage. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who is looking to purchase in the Thibodaux area. You will not be disappointed and you will have a painless and stress-free home shopping experience!
