ZillowVERIFIEDI cannot say enough amazing things about Mrs. Gwen Dowland. Selling a home in this market felt overwhelming, but she stepped in and made everything not only manageable, but truly a positive experience. Thanks to her hard work and dedication, our home sold in less than 40 days, which still feels unbelievable to us. What stood out the most was how present and available she always was. Any time we had a question, concern, or even a moment of doubt, she was right thereaEUR"patient, reassuring, and incredibly knowledgeable. She never made us feel like aEURoejust another client.aEUR? ZillowVERIFIED Whenever I hire a professional I want someone who is trustworthy and experienced. That is Gwen in a nutshell. Gwen and her husband, James, helped me sell my commercial office building on the square in Gallatin. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in Middle Tennessee. She definitely knows the market and gets the job done.

ZillowVERIFIED I thought her experience and knowledge would get me a nice home however I am stuck with a house now that her team found me that is in an unmarked flood zone and I am dealing with water issues to the back of my home and trees falling and damaging the home. All they did was take their commissions and disappear into the night.

Before I contacted, Gwen, my house had been on the market approximately a year. Within that time I only had seven maybe eight showings max . Several people had recommended Gwen to me before I initially listed, when I did not renew my contract with the previous realtoraEUR| I reached out to Gwen over a holiday weekend, not thinking that she would respond, but she did! From the moment I spoke to her, there was something in her voice that put me at ease. When she came to my house with her husband to talk to me regarding listing my property it was like talking to an old friendaEUR| Her team is amazing thorough never left any questions concerns or anything unanswered. The day my house was listed is the day it went under contract and sold to the New Owners.! Thank you so very much for all of them, they are amazing!!!a-?i,?a-?i,?a-?i,?a-?i,?a-?i,?+a-?i,? Laura S.

She and her team worked with us tirelessly to find just the right new home and she was able to negotiate a great deal for us. ZillowVERIFIED Gwen assisted my husband and I in purchasing our home in Gallatin Tn. Initially she worked with us remotely as we moved from San Diego. She assessed our needs, took into account what we wanted in a home and sent us properties to review. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area and was always quick to respond to any questions. Once we arrived in Tn, she immediately went to work and found us our beautiful home. In addition to her professionalism, she is kind and caring. Would highly recommend for your home buying and selling needs. Gwen is the ultimate professional!!

ZillowVERIFIED I called Gwen about a property because I had seen her listing of another property in the area and the listing agent of the property I was interested in did not return my calls. Gwen responded right away and we saw the property that weekend. Gwen and her team were responsive, organized, friendly, and very helpful. After talking with Gwen for 5 minutes you feel like you have known her forever. We closed on the property in 30 days and everything went very smoothly. Gwen and her team helped us with every step- from providing a timeline of action steps to arranging the closing with a law firm to answering our questions and giving referrals about septic systems, perc tests and corps of engineers. Gwen was a pleasure to work with and I am grateful for her help and expertise.

ZillowVERIFIED Gwen and her team were an absolute dream to work with! We have sold and bought many homes through the years, and purchasing a home with Gwen was by far the best experience, EVER! She and her entire team were very knowledgeable, kind, and patient with our search which included a large area around Nashville that we were considering. Her knowledge in all surrounding areas, and helping us find a home with all of our very picky, specific request, was such a pleasant experience! She and her entire team are very warm, friendly, and down to earth. We love our new home and highly recommend Gwen and her team for anyone looking for a new home, or selling their current one!

ZillowVERIFIED I was interested in one of her properties so I got her to list my home. To my amazement it sold in one day and for 8 thousand dollars more than asking price. She then made it possible for my wife and I to purchase our dream home. She is a great person. Without her help I could have never got my dream home. I only wish I had met her years ago. I hope this review is helpful for anyone looking to buy there dream home.

ZillowVERIFIED Gwen Dowland is an amazing real estate agent. Our condo was sold 2 weeks after we listed it with her. She was always very responsive when new listings were coming on the market to make sure we got to see them the day they were listed. When we found our new home she had her support staff stay late to write up our offer since she was at a funeral and we wanted to make sure our offer got in that night. She then came by and checked the offer and sent it to the sellers agent. Afterward we found out the Seller got 5 more offers that same day but our offer was the one the seller accepted!

ZillowVERIFIED I have worked with Gwen and her team in the past, several years ago and I she was the first person I thought of when I began my search for another home. Gwen has done a wonderful job of addressing all of my needs from the very start and then takes the time to get to know the intimate details of what I was looking for, what I needed, and what some of the acceptable objections would be when finding a new home. With all of this in mind and a very explosive market in the Nashville area she was able to meet all of those criteria to make a informed and affordable decision regarding my purchase.I will certainly use her again in the future and highly recommend her.
