Of course, right around the time we planned to sell, my husband had a career change and I fell pregnant. With time working against us, we reached out to Gwen and her team to see what she could do for us. Amazingly, she was able to sell our home after only one weekend on the market (with multiple offers to boot, too!) for a great price. Her photographer and support team were so wonderful during our short selling period, too. As we grew closer to our closing date, I unfortunately had some pregnancy complications that made it nearly impossible for me to work out the details of our closing.
