    Along with being a realtor, I am currently a junior at the University of North Carolina Wilmington studying for a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. It is my passion to help assist any buyers/sellers achieve their real estate needs. I am a part of a military family, so I understand the planning that goes into preparing a family to relocate and purchase a new home.     Guylar did an excellent job in showing my husband and I a home located in Faison. We drove from Swansboro to checkout the area after seeing a property online. He quickly came to the property after we asked to see it. He was very professional, polite, and knew the rural community.
