ZillowVERIFIEDGuyl represented us in selling our current home and purchasing our new home. As we reflect on these transactions, we truly believe we could not have done it without Guyl. She took the time to understand our wants/needs, was knowledgable throughout the process and gave great advice through some very stressful situations. Guyl is extremely hard working and values all client relationships; she truly will go above and beyond to ensure a smooth transaction. We absolutely recommend Guyl as she will provide you the best real estate representation!
ZillowVERIFIEDFirst time buying a home & Guyl made the experience extremely easy & so much less stressful than I had initially anticipated. She helped me every step of the way & made sure I understood everything going on in the process. Her responses were prompt & often shed be the one to reach out with information before i even got the chance to ask. She went above & beyond - so glad to have had her help. She is amazing !!
ZillowVERIFIEDGuyl is beyond incredible. She listens to your wishes and pays attention to your preferences while still helping you look outside the box. She works incredibly fast, follows through, and is honest in her recommendations. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Guyl. As a first time homebuyer, she helped me navigate this confusing and overwhelming process with ease. She is someone I trust and not a typical "salesperson"; she doesn't push you or rush you but she is incredibly smart and tenacious when it comes to advocating for you as her client. She cares about YOU as a person which is a rare quality. Make sure you talk to Guyl when you buy your next home. You will not regret it!
