Guy Contaldi helped us buy our home 5 years ago and helped us sell it during this crazy market to get us the best offer possible. We moved out of state a year ago so Guy had to be our eyes throughout the whole process. Let me tell you, he worked hard!!! It involved his constant presence and checking in on the property as we had tenants we were trying to evict due to nonpayment of rent since prior to COVID. He made it happen. If it wasn't for him, those tenants would still be there and we would still be paying two mortgages!! He then helped us get the place ready for the showing which involved not just your typical staging and cleaning of the property, but getting a dumpster to throw out all the stuff the prior tenants left behind. He took this upon himself and removed a huge weight off my back. Due to his hard work, we were able to sell the house immediately and $24K over asking price!!!
