ZillowVERIFIED Gus is the best! I must admit I was skeptical at first as it was my first ever experience in purchasing a home. But found out very quick he really knows what he's doing. I have now dealt with him for buying, selling and buying a new home again! He get the job done. He's always available to answer your questions. I sometimes felt bad texting him super late to ask him about homes that just came on the market. But he answered and reassured me it was OK. He has my trust and I will definitely continue to keep him as my realtor. Him and his entire team. Teresa and Jim are great people! Very transparent.
