ZillowVERIFIED Gus was so awesome to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable (especially when helping a first time homebuyer like me and my husband). He worked very diligently to find a house that fit our wants and needs- and within a couple houses he knew what we liked/didnt and adjusted to find houses that we enjoyed. He was very knowledgable about the area we were wanting to buy in (and was very accommodating in finding houses that put us within a certain distance to my husbands place of employment). We were able to contact him with questions and received quick and timely responses. He was honestly such a blessing to work with- he made the whole process very fun and inviting, and was super informative about giving my husband and I all the knowledge we could possibly need regarding the process of buying a home and what to look for/out when viewing homes. I would honestly recommend to anyone to work with Gus, he really was so great to work with.

I am almost glad that happened because I ended up meeting and working with Gus. I was purchasing a home virtually and he provided so much reassurance. He walked me through the entire home buying purchase, was very patient and saw numerous homes for me until he got an idea of what I was looking for. He was always mindful of the time difference and didnt seem to mind my messages and requests for info at all odd hours. Everyday, Gus would search for homes and send us links of those he thought we would like. But more importantly, if we told him we were interested in a house, he would go see the house and video call us that same day if possible. Gus was knowledgeable of the neighborhoods we looked at and he could tell us if the price point was fair or not. In this tough housing market, we are grateful for Gus's hard work and expert help.

ZillowVERIFIED As first time home buyers, we felt Gus took really good care of us with our needs and consideration. He found the home we wanted. He was very responsive with all our questions, if he didnt know, he would find out for us. He was able to meet us at our best available times with no issues. Because our home was a new construction he had a cleaning service come and clean our home before and after we moved in, free of charge. He knew El Paso and the surrounding areas, given us information and recommendations of places to visit, helping us get familiar with the area. Although this was our first house we purchased, we had other realtors before a few years back, and Gus was outstanding compared to the others.

ZillowVERIFIED Gustavo was recommended to me by a coworker and since the beginning I noticed that he was committed to his job. Responded my initial text one night right away. I also noticed he had everything prepared and layed out the plan on how to approach it to get the house successfully, even since the beginning. He was also always available to answer any questions and frustrations even at night, would answer texts incredibly quick (believe me, this is something you'll want from a real estate agent) and was very, very patient whenever we decided on changing last minute plans. He was never in a rush to buy the house and get the deal done with if it didn't feel it was the correct house and always listened to us. Wanted us to feel comfortable on our future house. Gustavo would even go around the house checking it himself and giving recs based on experience and based on things he would see weird. He would always adjust his schedule around my complicated and weird schedule also, which for me was another BIG plus. Having say this, I would definitely recommend him and will contact him again if I need to buy/sell a house in El Paso.
