Gus is an amazing realtor and all around great person. We had the best experience with him when looking for our vacation home in Asheville. He is extremely knowledgeable about all the neighborhoods in Asheville as well as the surrounding areas. He was honest and straightforward which we really appreciated. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and educated us on the process. This was huge given it was our first time going through the process in North Carolina. I recommend Gus wholeheartedly! You arent going to find a better realtor.

I would highly recommend Gus Mujica. In selling our home, Gus Mujica showed all the things you want from your real estate agent. I remember early on in decideing which realtor to go with Gus talked a lot about ten marketing he and his firm would do. Being in a hot market I didnt put much value you in that. But with a house sale, there can be unexpected ups and downs and it was his marketing pushes that got the job done. He communicates well and stayed consistent. Whether it is a for sure sale, or a sale that needs a strong strategy- Id pick Gus again.

If you are looking for a Realtor you can trust and has your best interest in mind Gus Mujica will not disappoint. He truly cares for his clients and has a "servants heart". I looked at a house that I felt at home in immediately. We visited the house the 2nd day on the market due to my schedule. He had the insight to know the house would have multiple offers and guided me through the process. Within the 1st week on the market the owner had 8 offers and due to Gus's involvement he accepted my offer. I could not have done it without his expertise.
