ZillowVERIFIEDBeing a first time buyer can be a nerve wrecking experience, luckily I had Gus on my side, He was always on top of things, I would get calls, text messages and emails from Gus walking me thru the process. His knowledge and expertise really came into play making this experience as smooth as can be, and when it comes down to negotiating on our behalf that's where we definitely were glad we had him on our side. I would strongly recommend Gus to any future home buyer.
ZillowVERIFIEDGus Jacinto is just amazing! My husband and I contacted him when we decided to sell our house. Gus brought a packet over with all the possible comps and explained to us what would be our best case scenario and what we should list our house for. He explained everything that would and could happen once we accepted an offer. He was very thorough when he was explaining the process to us. Thanks to his amazing skills we got an offer the day we listed the house and closed escrow just 15 days later. Gus made the process of selling our house very easy and incredibly fast. I will definitely be recommending him to everyone I know.
