ZillowVERIFIEDI recently sold my house in Northern Colorado. Gus came highly recommended. His knowledge of the market, marketing skills, and the way he approaches the home selling on an analytical level is something I have never seen. I could tell Gus was a busy guy, but he always took the time to give regular updates and teach what he had researched about the local market, National markets, and most importantly what his hunches were. I truly believe this house would still be on the market had I not had Gus as my realtor. Once we had a contract, Gus was quick to share his knowledge (he takes the time to continue to take classes on contracts and keeps up with the new rules as they come. All I can say is if youre looking to put your trust in an amazing realtor and sit back and trust the process, Gus is the guy!! Super thankful for great recommendations, so here I am sharing mine.

ZillowVERIFIED We first contacted Gus about a home listing on a Sunday and Gus dropped what he was doing to get us in to show us the place inside of a half hour. He went out of his way to show us dozens of places from Johnstown to Cheyenne over a several month period and stayed on top of sending us property after property almost daily. After a year or so of hunting, we found the perfect lot to build an exceptional house on with many favors, contacts and strings pulled from Gus. Gus is the embodiment of class and professionalism, not to mention a negotiating titan. He answered questions of ours from 6am to 10pm; always working for us. Gus is one of the best in game, and has impressed us with his knowledge and attention to detail every step of the way. From pointing out flaws in houses, to amending contracts to make sure we were protected, hes been a step ahead of everyone (including home builders) from day 1.
