Saw her billboards all over the peninsula area around 2020 so started following her and Kinetic Real Estate on social media and just kind of imagined ourselves holding the SOLD signs for a while there lol. Contacted her for a consultation and kind of get a feel if we would jive - I was mentally preparing to fight tooth and nail for our first home and to also experience heartbreaks of losing in bidding wars so I wanted someone on our side that would make us feel supported. At the start of this process my mother and I had our doubts about finding the perfect house for the perfect price, but Guilleans confidence kept us reassured that the outcome would be nothing less than great. Guillean was always composed and extremely professional. She was very reliable and always ready to go out of her way when we needed her. Whether it was driving an hour to show us a house, or sitting on the phone with us for hours on end making sure we had every document needed, or just listening to us vent, she did it with no problem.
