Since I was an absentee owner he diligently dealt with my tenants on my behalf, making them feel comfortable with the process and getting them to move out without a fuss. He coordinated showings with the tenants and potential buyers, helped with cleaning and some repairs at the house . He even moved some things for me with his truck and took a load of gently used household items to Goodwill! In terms of pricing my home he was spot on. I think he called the sales price to the Dollar. He is a true professional who knows his stuff! I've used Guido 4 times for my real estate transactions over 20 years and will certainly use him again when the time comes...

ZillowVERIFIED Guido did a great job once again. He was on it the moment we agreed to work with each other on this sell. We were in the midst of cleaning the house out and Guido got the best possible photos highlighting the all the good points of the property even though our intent was to sell as is. He got the listing up within the day and an open house the following day of our signing. We were in Escrow within 3 days and even though that fell out within the first two weeks Guido got an additional open house quickly arranged. As a result of his action, we were able to pick from many strong offers which conclude our eventual sell. Guido was thorough in all his dealings and paperwork along with being firm and writing a letter on our behalf when the negotiations required it. We are completely satisfied with Guido and would highly recommend him for your buying or selling home needs.

It took us over two months and we were outbid in court in the end. Guido was calm and collected throughout the process, always helpful, knowing when to push and knowing when to be patient. The second house we actually bought and we are so happy living there. We believe that we won out of 15 offers solely due to Guido's experience. He helped with the loan as well. ZillowVERIFIED In September my father passed away, since we live in Northern California we needed to sell his house in Old Torrance. Guido came highly recommended and lives in the Old Torrance neighborhood. Upon meeting him, he was very respectful of my father's passing and understood that we had a limited time to clean out 45 years worth of items in the house. He also understood that we wanted to sell the house "as-is" and that we did not have the time or money to fix it up. We also wanted to make sure whomever purchased it was interested in living in the beautiful Old Torrance neighborhood, not just someone who wanted to flip it for a profit. Guido was very patient in helping us decide how to proceed and soon had prospective buyers lined up to look at the place. He was very good about keeping us updated via email and by phone when necessary and within a short period of time had a great couple lined up to purchase the house. Guido was also helpful in making sure we understood all the costs and fees involved and explained the escrow process to us.
