Not only is she knowledgeable, but secure enough that when she does know the answer to a question, she admits to it and does in fact gets back to you. My partner and I had plans in the future to relocate from California to NM, so we both decided to visit Las Cruces during one weekend of July to seek for open houses on our own. However, when speaking with Lupe Fernandez, who was highly recommended, was able to put together a listing in a short period of time with multiple properties and their details, which included our needs and wants. She strategically coordinated the viewings which helped us go from one house to another with accurate timing. Review Guadalupe exceeded our expectations as a realtor. In a world where we typically have to question people?s ethics, I was pleasantly surprised by her consistent high standard of ethics. She was very reliable. She was honest and very diligent. She responded very quickly to any phone calls or text messages and was very thorough with answering any questions he had. I was very specific as to what we were expecting with the sale of our home and the timeline and she came through with what we asked for. Our house came on the market in the middle of the Coronavirus pandemic and she took extra precautions with showings and attentiveness to all concerns. The entire process was handled in a very professional manner by her and any concern we had as to the showing was taken care of right away.
